First let me start by saying...I DON'T UNDERSTAND FASHION. I respect both Kylie Jenner and Doja Cat's of commitments to whatever it is they're giving.
WITH THAT SAID....they were def both center stage and this moment of them saying hello is just comedy. It doesn't feel like shade....its just...awkward.
