Report Finds That 10% of Fish Oil Supplements Are Rancid

If you take fish oil supplements, you might want to check which brand you use. A report from Labdoor, an independent testing company, has found that from the 60 popular brands they tested, 10% of those supplements were found to be rancid.

According to Complex, Some of those brands that were tested were found to have oxidized oil levels 11 times higher that what is recommended.
