Stop the burn out before it starts with calendar purging. Make a list of every single thing on your schedule for the current month and next month. Rank them by priority, than do one of three.
- Cancel It: That's right cancel the entire activity.
- Improve It: Does it bring you peace and happiness? If not switch it up so it does. There are things we have to do, may as well enjoy doing them.
- Find An Alternative: Can the meeting be an email? Can you have it delivered instead of running around getting it yourself?
