How To Be "Classy"

You may think that people are just born classy. Whereas that can be true, there are also some habits that they do on a daily basis. If you start implementing them as well, you'll quickly start embodying a life full of class as well. What are these habits?

  1. Adopting stress management techniques. Classy people have stress in their lives, they just use techniques such as yoga or meditation to keep the anxiety from consuming them.
  2. Learning to control their impulses. They keep their cool and stay even keeled, even when emotions are at its highest. One of the ways to do this is by practicing delayed response techniques, like counting to 10 before reacting. 
  3. Dedicating time to being alone. Just like they show up for other people, classy people show up for themselves, too. 
  4. Doing things that scare them. Rather than running from the things that make them uncomfortable, they do them. They face their challenges.
  5. Cultivating a healthy inner circle of people. They know that having a healthy inner circle will help them promote healthy habits. They also know that toxic people will stagnate their own growth, so they stay away from them.
