Tired of returning package? Check out this new feature from Uber!
Uber’s new feature is made for you, and all the other online shoppers who need to send something back, but really don’t like having to deal with the process. The rideshare company is launching a new feature to help take the pain out of returns for online purchases. They’ll do it for you with their “Return a Package” service. All of the packages must be valued at less than $100 and weigh less than 30 pounds. Senders can watch their package’s journey to the post office in real time using live tracking in the app and the courier will even send a photo of the receipt after dropping it off.
- The rideshare company just launched a “Return a Package” service that will let users send up to five prepaid and sealed packages to a post office, UPS or FedEx nearby.
- The packages have to be valued at less than $100, weigh less than 30 pounds and can be returned via Uber for a flat $5 fee, or $3 for Uber One members.
