Can’t get enough of all things Taylor Swift? You may want to head to Stanford. The prestigious California University has become the latest college to add a Taylor-inspired course to its academic offerings. For their winter 2023 quarter, they’re offering a class called “All Too Well -Ten Week Version.” As any real Swiftie knows, the 2012 hit tells the story of one of the singer’s toughest breakups and now Stanford students can earn credits while analyzing the song. Only available to first-year students, the weekly class is part of the University’s Italic 99 courses, which “offer students an introduction to topics taught by alumni of the program.” These student-led classes focus on hands-on learning and in this one, they’ll get to pick apart Taylor’s lyrics verse by verse. Tuition at Stanford will set you back more than $19-thousand for the winter quarter alone and there’s that whole admissions process, which means most people will never have the chance to actually take this class.
