Mondays and Fridays are what we call "crazy days" in radio. Fridays we're getting ready for the weekend, and Mondays we are getting ready for the new week - the less interruptions the better, and this Friday was no different we were all busy! One of the things I truly love about my career is that everyday i'm doing, learning, or teaching something different, and when your doing, learning and teaching your growing. Life is about growth, challenging yourself, and the people around you to do and be better. What's an average day in radio? I can't explain it, because anything goes! The Fire Inspector could stop by for a surprise visit, a listener stops by with questions about the iHeart App, to someone just wanting information about anything under the sun :). Today when the overhead page "Allison your wanted up front" came and Mr. OTool introduced himself, I just got a "vibe"....a good vibe. Into the forty-five second introductions, I stopped him and said "let's mic up"and he said "well ok." Now here's the reality -- I don't just take everyone back into studio, put a mic in front of them and start recording, but today the vibe was good and it felt right. Rich, thanks for walking through the door today, creating a dialogue and just asking! Glad I could help you meet the challenge, and speaking of challenges, onto the next one. Have questions and thinking, "what is she talking about?" take a listen :) Allison
