• Forbes has just come out with their annual lists of America’s Best Employers, one for large companies, with more than 5,000 employees, and another for mid-size companies, with between 1,000 and 5,000 workers
• The lists are based on an anonymous survey of 30,000 American workers, who were asked to rate their company on how likely they were to recommend it to others
