2019, the year of unprecedented snow storms and as Eastern North Dakota is bracing with the latest flood predictions from the National Weather Service, attention has really been focused on states to the south of North Dakota, from South Dakota down to Nebraska, according to Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts, the flooding that is occurring is the worst it’s ever been in Nebraska History and like North Dakota residents, Nebraska residents are strong. In 2011 Minot experienced our very own historic flood, and with that flood came people from all over the country to lend a hand, a shoulder to cry on and some of those people came from Nebraska.
